What is a License Suspension in Missouri?

A driver’s license suspension is the temporary withdrawal of a driving privilege imposed by the Missouri Department of Revenue. The normal length of suspensions are thirty (30), sixty (60), or ninety (90) days. How long you are going to be suspended is dependent on the number of times you have been suspended in the past or by specific statute for a certain alleged crime (like Driving While Intoxicated).

I know what I would do, but I am my own boss and I am never going to fire myself over a DWI. Would your boss fire you? I don’t know. Why would you give them evidence to use against you?
